Seaman Borrower Requirements

• POEA / OEC
• Disembarkation stamp
• Employment contract

Seaman Co-Borrower Requirements (Must be a family member)

• 2 government-issued IDs

J-1 Visa Teacher’s Loan

Borrower Requirements

• PRC License
• Latest electric or water bill
• Passport
• Commission on Filipino Overseas (CFO) sticker
• Flight details or plane ticket
• J1 Visa
• DS-2019 Certificate of Eligibility

Co-Borrower Requirements

• 2 valid IDs
• Proof of relationship (Marriage certificate if married / Birth certificate if family member)

OFW’s Loan

Borrower Requirements

• POEA contract
• Valid work visa
• Passport + valid ID
• OEC
• Latest electric bill (home in Zamboanga)

Co-Borrower Requirements (Must be a family member)

• Company ID and payslip (if applicable)

Business Loan

• Government-issued ID
• Mayor’s permit
• Latest electric bill
• Picture of the store with borrower

Piaggio Owner’s Loan

• Must be the registered owner of Piaggio/Bajaj
• Franchise paper under borrower’s name
• Driver’s license
• Electric bill at home
• OR/CR (photocopy)
